The practice which was started in 1989 by Stephen Buxton is now very well established with offices in the centre of Manchester. As Building Surveyors in Manchester we are centrally located to provide a wide range of professional Surveying Services on mainly commercial and industrial properties throughout the UK. Such as offices, shops, factories, warehouses, schools, medical centres and religious buildings.

The majority of the staff have been with the practice a long time and each of the four partners has been qualified for many years and consequently has a wealth of experience in building surveying matters. All instructions are undertaken directly or fully overseen by a partner depending on the complexity of the advice required.
At Stephen D Buxton & Associates we undertake work on a nationwide basis and act for many household name clients. We also have strong links with many firms of solicitors and act directly for several such firms as well as their clients.
Stephen D Buxton & Associates provide a particularly client focused service which has led to repeat business from many clients and indeed some clients have been with the practice for 20 years.
